This space of 50 m² on two levels hosts a living room and lounge on the first floor and largely open to the garden and a guest apartment on the ground floor. This construction meets RT2012 standards.

Despite a land located on a quarry (15m embankment) and a single passage 90cm wide, the project was able to find its technical and economic solutions through the use of targeted piles and a preframed wooden frame (M3D). The whole is covered with horizontal cladding and gray anthracite aluminum joinery.
