Renovation of a duplex apartment

Located close to Bercy Village and directly overlooking the Parc de Bercy.

The project was naturally oriented towards the development of the duplex volume and the views of the landscape offered by this 110m² apartment in the heart of the Bercy village district.

The plan has been completely redesigned to offer the owner a contemporary living space in constant contact with the surrounding vegetation and the National Library in perspective.

Bespoke furnishings finalize the spaces.
