91 - Regional Park of the Haute-Vallée de Chevreuse

This 70m² space was originally a former workshop without natural light and located below the house and overlooked by a terrace. The project has therefore endeavored to make this space as qualitative as possible by working on openings offering views and light at all times.

 

Two clear openings have therefore been created, one forming a skylight on the west side, the other on the wood offers a "cinematic" view of the undergrowth.

 

The interior is organized in a loft style around a large living room-kitchen and a sleeping area opening onto a shower room. The simple and natural materials gently finalize the interior spaces.
