LA MISE AU POINT DU PROJET

Mise au point Technique

 

Cette phase se déroule au sein de l'agence, l'architecte établit les prescriptions techniques en coordination avec les bureaux d'études..

A l'issue de la conception, vous recevez un document détaillé vous permettant de consulter des entreprises

 

Consultation des Entreprises

Au minimum, trois entreprises sont consultées pour obtenir les meilleurs prix.

Analyse des Devis

Une fois les devis des reçus, ils sont analysés, vérifiés de même que la qualité et la solidité des entreprises.

 

Vous recevez un rapport complet vous permettant de choisir.

LE CHANTIER

Rédaction des Marchés de Travaux & leur signature

Dès votre choix effectué, un contrat de marché de travaux est rédigé vous garantissant les prix, les délais et la qualité de votre construction.

Le chantier

Une fois les Marchés de Travaux signés, tous les documents permettant de bien préparer votre chantier sont communiqués. 

Les échanges avec les bureaux d'études sont engagés.

Pendant toute la durée du chantier, l'agence réalise un suivi technique des ouvrages ainsi qu'un suivi financier de l'avancement vous garantissant le bon déroulement du chantier.

Assistance à la Réception.

Lorsque tout est bien réalisé, l'agence vous assiste dans la réception de votre projet.

Valid within the limit of the geographical area located at most 12km from Porte de Bercy (ref: google map). Beyond this add €4 incl. tax/km.

Do you own a property that you want to renovate & relook, enlarge or raise?

For aextension, count the area to be created and add 1 m² per line of facade of the existing building connected to the project. Apply the price / m² indicated in the section under construction new -1

For acomplete renovation(interior and RT2012) with  the creation of a elevation: additionner the areas to be treated (existing + project) and apply the prices per m² in the corresponding price bracket2 and  3.
